STRENGTH & CONDITIONING.

Our strength and conditioning class will bring new challenging combinations of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, gymnastic and cardio movements that are guaranteed to push your fitness to the next level. Ultimately making you stronger, faster and leaner.

Further to this, there will be an introduction of a “SWEAT” class. At its core, SWEAT is based around a 40-minute cardio- and core-intensive workout that doesn’t require any prior strength and conditioning experience. What is does require is a willingness to work hard. On the whole, this class normally won't include a barbell, however, it does include lots of conditioning, lighter weights, core work with an emphasis on getting leaner and toned versus stronger.

weightlifting & GYMNASTICS.

Throughout the year, we run periodic Olympic lifting and gymnastic blocks with speciality classes. This will allow our members time to work on their technique in the Olympic lifts and hone those gymnastic skills outside of standard classes.. Allowing more time to be spent solely focussed on these movements.

FUNCTIONAL BODYBUILDING.

We know you love functional fitness… But who doesn’t love a bit of bodybuilding? We know we do! So, here at Momentum, we programme functional bodybuilding Sundays for those individuals who love to “chase the pump”, and to take the intensity down a notch once a week for those who don’t enjoy rest days! It adds a bit of variety to our programming and allows everyone to get their weekly dose of bench press without having to battle the crowds at the local globo gym.
