Look no further! With our beginner's training course, we guarantee to give you all the tools required to lead an active and healthy life in a matter of 4 weeks. Our expert coaches will guide you through all the movements in small groups (max 6 per coach), so that you can learn how to lift with confidence and become a stronger version of you. Get ready to embrace a new way of living that will transform your physical well-being and boost your confidence.

What days are the sessions?

Sessions will be run over three consecutive weeks on a Wednesday evening (8pm) and a Sunday morning (10am).

Sessions will last 1 hour.

DO I NEED TO COME TO ALL OF THE SESSIONS?

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

6 x 1 hour sessions with a maximum ratio of 6:1 (Athlete : Coach)

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Anyone. You do not need any prior training experience to attend this course. You do however, need to be open to learning new skills and be ready to become a better version of yourself.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING IN THE SESSION?

Each session will introduce a new movement, and will take us from squats, to deadlifts, all the way to clean and jerks… We also cover some gymnastic movements such as pull ups and press ups… Simply, we do it all. This course is designed to give you the confidence to know that you are lifting with proper technique and understand how workouts are written.

WHAT’s THE CATCH?

There is none. There’s no contract to be signed into. There’s no pressure to join the main gym upon completion of the course. Ultimately, our goal is to provide you with the tools and confidence to step into fitness. We want to help you take that step to try something new and see how strength training and fitness can positively impact your life. There’s an abundance of research that tells us how strength training is important, however, some of us just don’t know where to start… We want to be help you start. We want to show you how to lift weights safely and have the confidence to take yourself into a gym without paying a PT every time you go. We can help. We will help. If you let us help.
