WHAT DOES MY FIRST CLASS LOOK LIKE?
1 | ARRIVAL + CHECK-IN
Arrive 10 minutes early and check-in with the coach prior to the start of class. Our coach is available to answer any questions you may have about the gym and our workouts.
2 | CLASS BREAKDOWN
- BRIEF | When the class begins, the coach will gather the members around the TV screens and explain the entire workout in full, including all movement demos. This is where you learn what you are about to do for the next hour.
- WARM UP | After the brief, you will start on your warm up, this will vary daily and allow you to warm up with your fellow class mates specific for the workout ahead.
- WORKOUT | Dependant on the class type, this is where you get down to business… Every class is different and unique in it’s own way so this will vary day-to-day.
3 | FIST BUMPS
Upon completion of your workout, don’t be alarmed when the coach (and all other members) try to fist-bump you… This is our way of showing that we all finish together, as one, no matter of scores or ability - we are one team and in it together.
4 | DEBRIEF
We have 10 minutes set aside between all of our evening classes to give you time to share your fist bumps and talk to your coach. This can be about anything from nutrition, the workout, membership, booking onto another class, etc… Anything you need, your coach is there to help.
