Momentum Nutrition is was created out of the desire to offer top-level nutrition advice without all the bull%$£!. Our coaches are a combination of health, nutrition, fitness and well-being coaches here to help you feel and look your best. We blend science and holistic methods to assist you in looking and feeling great. Our focus is on creating a lasting, realistic nutrition strategy without limiting foods. Ultimately, our goal is to support you in forming healthy habits, achieving targets, and enhancing your connection and relationship with food and your body.

Know what you're doing with your food in general, but want some refreshed macro goals from us so you can be sure you're hitting the right numbers? Need some hand-holding and accountability from your favourite friendly nutrition coaches? The Macro Machine plan sounds like just the ticket....

• You're happy making your own meals fit goal macros (with meal inspo from us though, obvs!)
• You're confident using a macro/calorie tracking app
• You want to take your meal planning a bit more into your own hands, with support and accountability from us along the way
• You want to pay a one-off up front cost and access a low-cost rolling accountability programme after that

• 60-minute initial consultation & goal setting session via Zoom
• Personalised daily calorie/macro goals based on your body, activity levels and ideal outcome
• 1 month of accountability & troubleshooting via WhatsApp
• 4 x weekly check-ins
• 4 x weekly tracking app food analysis

• You'd like a little more hand-holding whilst you get to grips with your new style of eating and meal planning

Is your dream nutrition support someone telling you EXACTLY what to eat for each meal? Do you want that meal plan to fit your needs, tastes, preferences, and schedule PERFECTLY? This is the approach for you. We're happy to work with you week-to-week to plan out 7 days at a time of your meals, snacks, family dinners, treats - and even your cooking and shopping to get you there.
CHOOSE THIS IF:
• You want an exact, prescribed meal plan full of all the foods you're happy to eat
• You want to take the effort out of shopping lists, recipes, and meal prep
• You hate making the decisions every day about 'what's for dinner?', and just want our help to sort it once a week!
• You want to add some new recipes and meals to yours and your family's rotation...
• Education about nutrition, plus tips, tricks & hacks to make food your friend, your fun, AND your fuel!
