We've had so many requests over the years to put on classes for younger athletes, and after a blazing success with a local dance school coming to us every week for extra fitness, we've decided that now is the time to officially launch MOMENTUM KIDS!
Why bring your kids along?
With the huge increase in fitness that's happened over the last decade, it's safe to assume that our kids are all going to be training in some way as adults... so why not get them learning the basics of movement and exercise now? And why not make it LOADS OF FUN?
Momentum Kids classes will be full of games, mini workouts and fun team exercises, meaning they'll be learning, getting some exercise AND building camaraderie and friendships with their fellow athletes... all at the same time!
Movements like squats, burpees, lunges, running, jumping and planks will start to build the foundations of good movement in the gym, and we will be introducing the basics of age-appropriate weightlifting as they progress through the sessions.

FINAL QUESTION… What's the cost?
The first block of sessions will be 4 weeks long, and you pay per block. We also know that having a brood gets expensive, so there are discounts for 2+ children. Check out the pricing below:
