We've added the perfect class to our timetable which will solve your dilemma… Momentum BootCamp sessions run every Wednesday at 7PM!
This is our ONLY weekly class open to non-members, and it costs just £6.00 per session - perfect for anyone who fancies a little piece of Momentum, once a week, with zero commitment.
IS THE CLASS OPEN TO MEMBERS TOO?
Yes, absolutely - if you're a usual Wednesday night class fan, book on as normal - the BootCamp class is included in your membership
HOW TO SIGN UP:
Non-members can create a free account via the website, then use Wodify as normal to book onto the BootCamp classes, PAYG either card in advance, or cash on the door 💸
WHAT FITNESS LEVEL IS REQUIRED?
As always at Momentum, no previous fitness experience is required! Everyone will get a great workout, and movements can be scaled to suit all levels from beginner to expert. Coach Amanda will be on hand during the session to make sure everyone is happy and moving well 💪
WHAT IS THIS CLASS ALL ABOUT?
Our BootCamp is based around a 30-40-minute SIMPLIFIED workout that doesn’t require any prior strength and conditioning experience. What is does require is a willingness to work hard and have fun doing it.
